New head of R & D.

Time for a shake-up in the R & D department. We'd like to welcome our newest employee - who telecommunicates his ideas through this special head gear - Hunter Savage-Darling!

The aftermath.....

So after shattering the Tibial plateau in my left leg I've had a fair bit of time to sit around and think about a few things....

1. Skateboarding may not be a crime but it's a stupid thing to be doing when you nearly 30.

2. It's rather hard to work on you projects when you can't stand up or carry anything while moving.

3. Planning Soapbox Racer 2.0.

Anyhow here's some photos of what I done did.

Fresh to the hospital, not feeling that hot.

 Post-op x-ray reveals all....

 Just a touch swollen and sore.

 2nd verse, same as the 1st.

Big 'ole staple zipper.

But now there is only 11 more days til I should be ready to start walking!

So more progress on the racer soon.
